Sovereign Grace Connections Retreat

The Sovereign Grace Connections Retreat is for the purpose of helping young people, ages 19 to 35, to develop friendships with theologically like-minded believers.

These retreats are led and facilitated by the leadership of New Hope Baptist Church, but take place in churches across the country. During the retreat, young adults will spend time in fellowship around the campfire, sing hymns together, participate in group games and activities, including folk dancing, etc. At the end of the retreat, we attend the Lord's Day service of the host church.

If you are interested in hosting or attending a Sovereign Grace Connections Retreat, please reach out to Pastor Curtis at newhopeseneca@gmail.com

Below are two testimonies from our most recent retreat, held in Kansas in October of 2023. The first testimony is by Emily Tiegreen, testifying to how she has come to know God more through the trial of losing her husband, Joel. The second testimony is by Todd and Aaryn Marquart. They lost their three-year-old daughter, and in this interview, they testify about how God's amazing grace has sustained them.
